In this solo episode I talk about my crazy experiences in India in the last two months. My little rafting disaster that saw me have my first near death experience, my countless stomach bugs whilst traveling, hiking through the desert and then landing myself in an Indian hospital. It has seen me learn the importance of listening to your body, giving it the rest it needs but also that we are way stronger than we could have ever imagined and that we can truly get through anything.
